What to Expect as a Buyer

Over the next multiple blog entries, I will outline what you can expect while working with me as your REALTOR from a Buyer's stand point. 

Before you do anything else, you need to find a REALTOR.  I am a full-time REALTOR and not just a sales agent.  In order to be a REALTOR, I must be a member of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR), the Georgia Association of REALTORS (GAR) and the Atlanta Board of REALTORS (ABR).  By being a member of these esteemed associations, I am held to a strict code of ethics and guidelines. 

Over the years I have successfully helped many people fulfill their needs, wishes and wants through passion and understanding.  Finding a REALTOR to work with isn't always easy.  There are many dynamics to each person and making those elements mesh with everyone involved doesn't always happen.  But when it does, the relationship that develops is long lasting.  I am all about Relationships.
